My name is Jennifer, and I’m a registered yoga teacher with certified training in a range of practices, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yang & Yin, Chair Yoga, Prenatal and Mobility. I’ve practiced yoga for many years and have also studied complementary modalities such as acupressure and aromatherapy.
At Heron’s Nest Yoga, I offer guidance for all experience levels, helping you find what works best for your body. With smaller class sizes, I’m able to provide personalized, one-on-one support tailored to your needs. In addition to my own in-studio classes, I collaborate with other practitioners and venues to offer unique events—such as Sound Bath sessions and Equine Therapy groups.
